    This recipe was easy and very good. I made it for our christmas dinner and everyone loved it. I made my own graham cracker crust in a 10" pie pan and just added chopped nuts in the caramel and apples for the top.Then poured it in the center of the pie and it ran to the edges to make a very pretty pie.Thanks Paula for all your great recipes.

    I made this cheescake for a finale to a Christmas eve dinner of standing rib roast and mashed potatoes. It was the perfect end to a meal. This was so easy and it tasted fantastic. My wife and I make cheesecakes quite a bit, for work, for gifts, etc. and this is one of my new favorites. It was so SIMPLE to make. I added a little extra caramel to the topping and realized that I didn't need it. This cheesecake was good stuff and earned a sixth star in my house. Thanks Paula!!!!!

    PAULA, THIS IS THE BEST PIE I HAVE EVER MADE. I HAVE SEVERAL CHEESECAKE RECIPES BUT MY HUSBAND SAYS THIS IS THE BEST YET. THIS IS THE ONE HE WANTS FROM NOW ON. I DID MAKE A MISTAKE AND PUT IN THE WHOLE JAR OF CARMEL SAUCE. IT DID MAKE A MESS BUT MY HUSBAND AND A LADY FROM MY CHURCH TOLD ME I HAD BETTER NOT CHANGE A THING. WHY CHANGE A GOOD THING. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

    the cheesecake was very good everyone liked it,i used the carmel syrup from starbucks in the recipe and i didnt use pecans i will make this again but next time probably wont use the apple pie filling too mushy for my taste but everyone else liked it

    oh my goodness i love this recipe and so does my grand-children. My oldests grandchild Dani loves cheese cake and she loved this more than any cheese cake she has tried... thanks paula
