You simply cannot go wrong with cheesecake for dessert. Tips and suggestions for this easy dish: Be sure to use real (100% fat cream cheese -- with so few ingredients, every thig really counts -- ; be mindfull of the fact that the caramel sauce you buy in the store may be "non-fat." Also, toast lightly your pecans, and chop your apple slices.

This cheesecake was not only easy to make, but fun! I made it to take to a party and it was a hit! It looks like something you would work all day on.

I made this for a church pot-luck, and the pan was practically licked clean. Next time I think I would make my own graham cracker crust, because the store-bought ended up being a little mushy in the center.

Wonderful dessert. The finished product looks deceivingly difficult.

Paula, I made this for our friends coming to our new home in Texas. It was absolutely terrific. My friends said it tasted like pralines. I agree. Good Job

I don't cook very often but as I watch this cake being made, I couldn't help myself. My co-workers loved it and are now impress by my cooking.

Absolutely scumptious. It's light yet very filling and a feast for the eyes as well. Great easy "company coming" recipe or take along winner.

Recipe awesome. Apples a little firm. Suggest cook apples a little & let cool before completing recipe.
