I made this cheesecake for our family's Holday gathering, I should have made more than one. No leftovers (not even a piece for me. Everyone definitely loved it! Everyone commented on how they especially liked the apples on the bottom and top. Such a surprise

Made this cheesecake for Thanksgiving, it was sooooooo GOOD! Everyone loved it. Gonna try caramel apple pie filling next time instead of regular apple pie filling for an extra caramel taste.

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit. Being the daughter of a French Pastry Chef it's hard to get dad's approval but good news.... he asked me for the recipe. So easy to make and very tasty. Highly Recommend.

EXCELLENT!!! I made this for Thanksgiving this year. It was so easy and everyone loved it. They licked the pan and asked for more. I sliced some very thin apples and put them on top with some whipped cream. I will definitely make this again.

This was only the second cheesecake I've ever made. The first was Paula's pumpkin cheesecake. I'm being told by everyone how great both were. I had no issues at all following Paula's recipe. The apple caramel cheesecake was the easiest of the two and I can't believe I made it. It looks store bought but taste even better. Thanks Paula!!!!!

I made this for my husband for his birthday as I knew he loves cheesecake. When it was all said and done, he didn't particularly care for it because of the softness of the cake. Personally, I loved the softness and served it slightly warm.

I just made this for Thanksgiving and it was deeeelicious!! I did have to leave it in a little longer than the directions about 5 or 10 min more. (the trick is to stick a knife and wait for it to come out mostly clean Will definitely be making this again the only thing i might try different next time is omitting some of the caramel and apple topping, it got a little to apple-y for my taste :-
