Jessica- I was so glad to read your response, I made mine and also found the middle of mine was gooey, even though it tasted yummy! Was wondering about how to fix that for next time. I will try your recommendation, Thanks!

Very original and tasty! DECADENT! Mine also looked like the picture and I followed the recipe exactly. The middle of mine was gooey like pudding even after leaving in the fridge for a few hours so here are a few recommendations: 1 cook for 35 minutes instead of 30 (put foil on the top at the end if browning too much 2 put in the freezer for a few hours before serving.

I love this recip, you can also get the no sugar added apple pie filling and use splenda instead of sugar and tastes just as good. I even used the non-fat cream cheese. This was a big hit in my family and with friends. I have requests to make this even for no special occassions at all. LOVE IT

The recipe is written wrong on this website. It calls for 3/4 of the apple pie filling to be reserved for the top and on the video paula says to put 3/4 of the pie filling on the crust.. Please fix.. I hope my pies turn out right.. I jus noticed the error!

Easy and delicious! I thought I had too much filling but it condensed after being refrigerated. Looks and tastes perfect.

Absolutely amazing. I had 2 people at a dinner party ask if I was a chef. Another person that hates cheesecake tried a bite and loved it. It's like a wonderfully creamy applepie. If you love apple pie- this is the dish for you!!!

Hello from Long Island,NY. Thank you Paula for such a fabulous recipe. I saw it on your show and put it in my recipe box online. I made it as one of my special desserts this past weekend for my son Collin who just came home on his first leave from the Navy. It was a hit! I accidently bought a 10 inch pie crust that actually worked very well, no spillage. It was easy to make and looks like a million bucks. We love it. Thanks again. Happy Thanksgiving!!

This cheesecake is the BEST!!!! I made it for Thanksgiving last year for my brother and sister. It was the first Thanksgiving we had together in over 20 years. My family and I ate Both the cakes I made. My Dad is a retired Chef and he couldn't stop talking about how good this cheesecake is and now he watches FN. Thank you Ms Paula.
