These are the best! When you think you've had the best brownie, you need to try these!

Maybe I goofed this up by using margarine since I didn't have any butter on hand. I crumbled the mixture on top as others suggested, and it just gave my brownies a crisp, sugary topping. It just wasn't an improvement over the usual box preparation.

I just tried these because I had a limited amout of time and was having a brunch party. This was the only dessert I made it looked simple enough.
This one little dish became the rave at my brunch! At first my friends and family were surprised to see a brownie on the table with all of my brunch foods. When they started looking for a snack a couple hours into the party they couldn't stop eating them. A few of my guests then asked if they could take a couple home!
I now get requests for them constantly. Thanks Paula

I made these for my beau for V-Day. When I watched the show I swear she made the topping differently that listed in the recipe. They were good either way!!!!!

As with all the other recipes from Paula I have tried, this recipe was good and sooo easy to prepare. The prep work was done in a matter of minutes!! However, there are a few things I will try differently the next time I make them: 1cut down on the light brown sugar used in the crumbled topping (perhaps use 2/3 - 3/4 cup brown sugar instead of a full cup 2add a little coconut to the crumbled topping mix; 3 use walnuts instead of pecans (walnuts may stand up better to the intense brownie flavor.
