I've always been a fan of rice pudding, but this has to the quick & easiest not to mention yummiest recipe! The only thing I was concerned about was the fact that I was not able to find Carolina Gold Rice or any short-grain rice. So I had to use long-grain, but it still came out wonderful. Does anyone out there know where to find this rice, at a specialty store maybe or gormet shop?

This rice pudding is a sweet treat, even though I did not use the Fruit sauce. This is still a great rice pudding receipe, simple too.

I have made this pudding for my family and friends and they like it sooo much. About once a month someone asks "When are you going to make more of that rice pudding?" Now that I"m retired I love cooking and trying out recipes that are new to my family.
