    My husband and I loved this recipe! I really enjoyed how easy it was but mostly that it is so light and refreshingly delicious. Plus, by choosing the light versions of the ingredients, I am able o eat it even on my diet. Thank you, Paula, for sharing this recipe!

    Made it with the cottage cheese. Tasted great! Will make again but will try cream cheese next time. YUM!

    These pies took me all day because I had to wait for both layers to set. I used a grahm cracker pie crust. I put in a block of cream cheese instead of the cottage cheese and it came out fine. At first I was worried because the cheese seemed to ball up a bit in the Jello, but it came out fine. I'm already on my second piece.

    Just as the last poster did, I made this with low fat cream cheese instead of the cottage cheese, and it turned out wonderful. We'll definitely be making this dessert a lot during the summer when fresh strawberries are plentiful. I used whole, frozen berries.
