Just loved it! Didn't have a lime so I used lemon.. once it was done, added a little more lemon and it picked up all the flavors and balanced the garlic. Thanks Paula and Dean bros :-

This was easy to make. My husband started out with just getting a tiny spoonful and quikly went back for more after the first bite. I didn't peel the veggies before slicing.

I wish I read the reviews instructing you not to peel the zucchini and summer squash as the recipe directs you to. Would have been tastier, prettier and healthier. Tried adding more fresh pepper to make it less bland but it just made it hot. My husband liked it though. If there was a 2.5 stars option on the ratings, that's what I'd give this recipe.

As I tried the dish, it was the blandest thing I'd cooked in years. I tried several things to revive it -- more salt and pepper, then I added olive oil and balsamic vinegar, but still something was missing. I sprinkled feta cheese on top, and that managed to save this side dish.

Paula surely has some magic in this dish that I was lacking in my kitchen.

I never know what to do with vegetables other than salt pepper and butter! This recipe was so easy and I had everything in my pantry for it! I made it with steak and rice! Great complement for any meal I will make this many times in the future! Thanks for a new idea!

It's a simple and pretty dish, but DO NOT peel the squash, it cooks better and prettier anyway....LOOK at the picture.

These weren't as spectacular as I imagined they would be, but I'll definitely still make them again. Its a great way to eat veggies.
