My boys are not huge fans of cooked carrots but loved this version of them! I also topped mine with crushed crackers instead of potato chips. Would definitely make this again!

Tried this recipe last night. Used both carrots and cauliflower. Also used ritz craclers as some people suggested. Next time I might add some more spices to give it a little more zing. Definitely will make again.

Loved this recipe! We weren't crazy about the crushed potato chips on top. Next time I will try crushed Ritz crackers! I wasn't sure how the cheese was going to be with the carrots, but it was delicious!!!

Made these last night and they were a big hit!!! We love carrots, so of course we had to try this and it's a keeper!! I didn't have potato chips( go figure!! so used a buttery cracker and that was good, too. Thanks again, Paula, for another great recipe!!!

I'm not a vegetable lover but this recipe was great! I ran out of carrots and had some cauliflower left so made it half and half. I will definately make it again. Thank You!
