I think that I'm one of the last people on earth to have a fish taco. These were delicious. Light, crunchy and great tasting.

These tacos were so easy to prepare and delicious. We have fried the shells and, to lighten them up a little, steamed the taco shells. My husband who doesn't like cabbage loves the cabbage salad on top. I make it ahead of time and let the cabbage marinade in the lime juice...delicious! These are in my rotation when we want a treat.

Kind of bland, which was very surprising to us given all of the ingredients, especially things like raw garlic and onions in the remoulade and coleslaw. I followed the directions fairly closely except for pan-frying the fish rather than deep-frying, and I pretty much had everything except the optional cilantro. Most of what we could taste (using large pieces of fish, and large portions of slaw was the sour cream, the corn tortilla, and surprisingly, the avocado. It wasn't bad. It just didn't have much taste. Oh, and the corn meal gives the fish a really interesting texture.

This was amazing...due to dietary restrictions I used walnut oil instead of honey in slaw...I just pan fried fish no cornmeal, used iceberg lettuce instead of tortillas, and Greek yogurt instead of sour cream....delicious

The coleslaw is a must with this. I did try the coleslaw by itself and it was not for me, but it was made for the tacos. I thought this would be great for summer, since it only takes a few minutes to cook.

These are excellent!!! I only seasoned the panko crumbs with a cajun seasoning and garlic salt and added white wine vinegar, cayenne pepper, and parika to roumalade. Oh...also added jaleno peppers to slaw for a kick, green onions and carrots for additional veggies. Placed tortillas in foil and put them in oven for warming. My kids loved, loved, loved them!!! My go-to for Fish tacos!!!

Light yet full of flavor. Made it twice to rave reviews both times. It will become a regular in my rotation.

It was outstanding. I've never had fish tacos before so I was very impressed. I think I like these better than beef or chicken tacos. It was pretty awesome, especially the remoulade sauce. Thanks Paula!

or you could bake the soft shells in the oven, just put soft shells over the rack, both side's hanging down over the racks
