These were awesome! I love stuffed mushrooms and this is the first recipe that I would go back and make again. Paula hardly ever disappoints.

Delicious, nutritious and easy -- what more could you ask for? I did not measure anything. I watched the video and all the ingredients looked about equal, so that is what I did -- used equal amounts of spinach, cream cheese and feta cheese. Most appetizers are a lot of work for not much food. These were very easy and I thought they were delicious!

No recipe for the house seasoning followed so I was unable to use it. They may have had a better flavor if it had been given!

Thank you Paula Deen!! I made these yesterday for Christmas, and they were a hit!! I used cremini mushrooms and added crabmeat. Yummy!! Yet another Paula Deen recipe to my collection.

Good. However next time I'm going to tweek it by only adding 1/2 the spinach and marinating the mushrooms with a bit of Marsala wine and letting them dry before baking. I sprinkled them with mozzarella cheese too - they looked pretty. However even though I squeezed the heck out of the spinach, they were still watery in the pan. Also needed a bit more flavor in the stuffing, so I think I'll add some chopped artichokes and/or shredded chicken bits the next go around. Easy for a party though! The kids enjoyed making it and getting their hands dirty. :

Simple flavored for my tasting but not bad for a crowd- took it to a xmas party. Much healthier than other appetizers or sides. Didn't come too out salty, I was cautious.

This recipe is always a big hit. Before I stuff the caps, I poke a small hole with a toothpick through the center. It helps to drain the excess moisture that comes out of the mushroom while cooking. Also, I personally don't like mushrooms, so I stuff store bought filo dough cups too and serve both! Great either way!

I needed a recipe for stuffed mushrooms. I could have used my moms recipe but wanted something different. So I used this recipe for 200 mushrooms, and all I can say is that they were gone. I actually used shrimp in about 50 of them minus the spinach. There was not one bad thing said about all the mushrooms. Thanks Paula you saved me on this day!

One of my favorite appetizer recipes. I double the cream cheese though. I have made this with chopped fresh spinach too, just sated in a little water until wilted.
