    I thought this recipe was perfect since I had leftover feta and ricotta from other recipes. It was easy and good enough for company. Next time I will cook mushrooms 10 minutes or so first and wipe out the excess water like someone else suggested. My husband thought they were great- although he thought the filling was mashed potatoes.

    I made these on 3 large portobello mushrooms because at first I thought there would not be enough filling. It ended up being alot, so if using large mushrooms, use atleast 5, otherwise it is too cheesy. Then I made it again on smaller mushrooms and used less on each mushroom. It turned out great. Everyone gave compliments. I loved the taste too! (However the cream cheese is quite filling, the mix with feta is great

    I made these for a New Years Eve party and they were a hit. I've always wanted to make stuffed mushrooms but never had a recipe. I defintely found the best recipe ever! You're the best Paula!

    Instead of making it stuffed mushrooms, I cooked the mushrooms in some butter/olive oil mixture and added all the ingredients together. Then I put the mushroom/cheese/spinach mixture in pre-made phyllo cups. Huge hit and delicious. Didn't have house seasoning so I used oregano and thyme
