    I have not tried this yet (plan to for Christmas Eve but noticed someone did not have the House Seasoning recipe. Wanted to put it here for them.

    House Seasoning:
    1 cup salt
    1/4 cup black pepper
    1/4 cup garlic powder

    Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

    I haven't tried the recipe yet but it says 'house seasoning' recipe to follow but there is no recipe that follows --- help?

    Stuffing the wild mushroom can be a bit of a challenge- part art and part science, but worth the effort. I found that Ricotta cheese gave a better consistency and flavor than the cream cheese; also enjoyed adding fresh thyme and garlic. Quick and easy (apart from the actual stuffing, that is.
