    These were really easy to make, but it has too much feta and parmesan. Will definately make again with less cheese.

    The feta cheese makes these mushrooms in Paula's words, "So Very Good". I didn't put as much spinach as was called for only because I'm not that big on spinach, and I went a little over on the cream cheese and to me they were perfect. Another 5 stars to the Queen of the Food Network, you're the bomb Paula.
