THIS WAS THE TASTIEST MEATLOAF I HAVE EVER HAD, AS FAR AS A MEATLOAF GOES. NEXT TIME I WILL ONLY USE 1/2 ONION, 1/2 BELL PEPPER AND 1/2 CUP GRATED CHEDDAR. THERE WAS SO MANY INGREDIENTS BUT NOT ENOUGH MEAT TO HOLD IT TOGETHER. I WILL NOT MAKE THE SAUCE HOWEVER. MAYBE A KETCHUP GLAZE BEFORE COOKING INSTEAD.

This is the best meatloaf I've ever had. Everyone in my picky family loved it.

I thought this was a good change from your standard meatloaf but in the future I would cut back on the worcestershire. It was a bit salty for my taste. But I would definitely try it again.

This is a great alternative for meatloaf that's loaded with ketchup or tomato sauce. I liked the flavor and texture. Plus, it was really easy.

A super change to the usual meatloaf! My family really liked it and the sauce was great! We used the leftover sauce over baked chicken and rice. YUMMY!

Not a fan of this one. I have to agree with others that said it needed eggs for binding, it took longer than 45 minutes to cook, and the sauce did nothing for me but taste like cheddar cheese soup. On the plus side, it did have a good taste if you can get past those things. Maybe a bit too much green pepper. Just not to my taste....her others are better.
