This is a really fun twist to meat loaf! The first time I made it without the bread and don't advise that plan. The next time I made it with the bread and it was perfect. My oven seemed to cook this slow so it is about 1 hour 15 minutes for me but well worth the wait! Guests love this too.

I seen you cook this recipe and it looked so good I had to make this for my family. This dish turned out so delicious! Everybody had seconds. Looking forward for more great recipes! Love the Nguyen's family.

This meatloaf sounded good, but took a lot longer to cook than listed and the veggies never softened up and were very crunchy.

We loved the flavor of this meatloaf, but if falls apart right out of the pan. I wonder how she made this so perfect with no egg? Delicious though. We loved it!

We love meatloaf and I was excited to make this one with so many great reviews! It went from the oven to our plates to the garbage disposal. What a disappointment! Most of Paula's recipes are "over the top" but this was not one of them. Glad to know not to order this at her restaurant. Was advised by a Savannah resident to only go to the buffet. Can't say your taste is only in your mouth about this one.

Yummy! Simple to make. On the show, Paula recommends putting 3 slices of bread under the meatloaf to absorb the fat. Great trick!! Lots less grease and easier clean up. And oh, was this yummy. Sure to please the kids and hubby. And mom too, because its delicious and easy.
