I was skeptical about a meatloaf with no ketchup or bbq sauce, but this was much better than i ever expected. I chopped up the bell pepper and onion in the food processer until it was almost juicy because my kids won't eat it, but i still had the flavors. They said it was superb and please make it again. The sauce was great too! Very easy to make.

As I watched Paula prepare the meat loaf, I became a little discouraged due to the sour cream. I decided to go ahead and try the recipe due to my husband is a big fan of Paula's cooking. I will say the meat loaf and the sauce will be on our weakly menu for our family meals.

I made this cheeseburger meatloaf after I saw it on Paula's show, & I must say that we have always liked my meatloaf, but Paula's beats it!! & to me, that is great,& the slices of bread under the meatloaf, to soak up the grease is a really great idea!!

I made this for dinner tonight for the first time. I used ground sirloin instead of ground beef. It turned out wonderful! It was very juicy and flavorful, the sauce was a nice touch. My husband raved about it, and called it "some serious grub".

Tried this recipe this weekend. For a recipe that sounded wonderful, it turned out to be awful. It took a long time to cook and the taste was terrible. I'm a big fan of Paula, but don't try this one

I've never been a big meatloaf fan, but it was really easy and the sauce was sooo good it made it hard to resist!
