This meatloaf was so delicious and the sauce really completed it. Meatloaf usually isn't my favorite meal but I could definitely get used to having this. The cooking time was obviously incorrect. You should cook for 50 minutes. I also loved the tip about placing the bread in the bottom of the loaf pan to absorb the grease. Paula you are a genius!!!!!

This was a simple and REALLY tasty dish. Watch the cooking time though - should probably be 50min to 1hr.

This was a yummy recipe - but I think that the time in the recipe is off...15 minutes was awfully short!

Paula - I love your show! It's my favorite, plus I loved Elvis too and saw him in the 70's. On the Meatloaf, Do I cook it 15 or 50 minutes? It says 15, but for well-done, it seems like it would be too rare. Thanks.

This recipe was so easy and now an addition to my other meatloaf recipes! The meatloaf had a lot of flavor and the sauce was great over the meat, as well as the mashed potatoes I made with it!! Definite keeper!

This was very good and the sauce was wonderful. But the cooking time could not be right I cooked it for 50 minutes. She had to make a mistake some where. But with the extra cooking time was very good.

This is a great meat loaf recipe--fortunately, I knew that the 15 minute cook time was incorrect--I actually cooked mine for nearly 1 hour at 375 because I had other things in the oven. The sauce was excellent. I used a red bell pepper and with the spring onions and parsley in the cheese sauce it made a beautiful presentation. I made the cheese sauce with cream of celery soup--it was super. I will use that for other things as well.
