Here you've given us another wonderful recipe. Easy to mix up and a great flavor. We thought it was a excellent change from the regular tomato meatloaf. We will definitely try this again. And the sauce was great. It can be used on many other dishes! The hint about the bread in the bottom of the pan was a fabulous idea. Thanks for a delicious dinner.

I'm not a big meatloaf person but this came out remarkable moist and very tasty. One thing though. I think there's a mistake in the recipe. It states that you should keep the meatloaf in a 350 degree oven for '15' minutes. I think she meant '50' minutes. Just an fyi. Thanks!

The meatloaf and sauce are really good.I do like the recipe and love the bread idea.It really worked well.I do agree with another reviewer about the cooking time. 15 minutes cannot be correct. The cooking time should be 45-60 minutes.

It was a nice variation on meatloaf. The sauce was creamy and tasty by itself. I did notice, however, that the cooking time may be wrong. Mine was still raw after 15 minutes in the oven. I ended up cooking it for around 45 minutes total.

Very easy to make and a very good variation for meatloaf. I love your idea Paula for the bread in the bottom of the pan. It really works! Very good recipe!
