I wasn't sure about this recipe Paula. However, I did a dinner tribute to Elvis on his birthday this year, and WOW! This meatloaf is delicious. I made with low-cal dairy products and it turned out great! I will definitely be making this over & over again. Thanks so much Paula!! Love you! Diana from INDY.

Usually no one in my family makes or eats make meatloaf, but when I made this one everyone LOVED it. The recipe is simple but tasty. Now my mom and I add our own little twist to the dish.

Have FINALLY found a meatloaf even my kids love! I don't put the bread in the bottom tho, found it hard to separate the loaf from the soggy bread. If you use a meat, i.e. ground round or ground chuck, you don't get much fat anyway. I use the drippings for gravy sometimes. Anyway, another crowd pleaser Paula!

My family loves meatloaf and I have always made them with ketchup or onion soup mix, etc. When I saw this on TV some time back, decided to give it a try. If you are looking for a different kind of meatloaf, give this one a try. The flavors were very good and the bread soaked up the mess that usually ends up in the bottom of the pan with your meatloaf floating in it. I used my regular wheat bread and I always use lean ground beef, but you still have grease that cooks out. Would recommend to anyone that loves meatloaf and leftover meatloaf sandwiches!

I have always loved my moms meatloaf, but now I have found a recipe that even surpasses that. Great job once again Paula...I crave this now!

I fixed this recipe for my family and they thought it was OK. Not terrible, not great. I wonder if the white bread sucks away too much of the juice. Anyway, Paula is still my #1 recipe provider.

This has become our favorite meatloaf recipe yet. Love all the veggies in this one. I used lean meat so I didn't need the bread in the bottom of the pan.
