    I really think the meatloaf should have been cooked longer than suggested. It would have been a great meatloaf if the onion and bell pepper weren't crunchy!!! Flavor and sauce were excellent! Maybe next time i'll saute the onion and bell pepper or substitute onion powder...i'll give it one more chance!

    This recipe had a nice twist on the traditional meat loaf I typically make. I am always looking for new ways to make it and loved this one. I plan on making it over and over again.

    Well, I went to find a meatloaf recipe and they said Paula Deen's was great! My family can be very paticulart so I gave it a try. Well, Paula you did it they absolutely loved it! I had 10 people and I doubled the recipe it was just enough! I will definitely have this again. Thanks so much for helping me get rave comments from my family: I love cooking it's so much fun.

    I love this Meatloaf without tomato. I recently found out that I am allergic to tomato and this receipe has made my day. It is tasty too. Thank you Paula
