I'll stick with my own recipe next time. Not much to really bind it together...

I watched Paula make this dish and had to try it immediately. All I can say after tasting the outcome was "WOW"!!! The sauce is wonderful, and I hate mushrooms but wanted to try it anyway. My husband loved it as well, and definitely would like to keep it in our weekly rotation of meals. The flavor was excellent, it was easy to prepare, and not time consuming. This is definitely staying in my receipe box. Thanx Paula!

I made this meatloaf for the first time 2 weeks ago and it was AMAZING. I was a little scared at first to make it because of some of the bad reviews, but it is honestly the best meatloaf in the world. I recommend sauteing the bell pepper and onion in a little olive oil before mixing it in with everything else!

I fixed this and the crunchy potatoes from the same show....it is a great comfort meal. It's the best meatloaf I've ever made. I used extra lean beef, lowfat cheese and it was still moist! Try it! delicious!

My family loves this, but I adapted into enchiladas, and they love that also. I love this show it is the kind of things we country folks grew up on but with a wonderful twist.
    Thanks Paula Deen
