    Paula, you've done it again! Quite possibly one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had...and so simple to make. The praline sauce was kinda sticky and a little too sweet for us but it was good in general, and a nice complement to the cheesecake. Next time I make this (because it's definitely going in my cookbook binder I think I'll try a fruit topping.

    This is now one of my favorite cheesecake recipes. I have made a lot, and it's hard to choose the best, but this one is definately up there. The sour cream topping just sets it off. Oh man, it's SO good. And let's not forget, it's an easy recipe too, which is always a plus.

    The praline sauce was the best but the cheese cake was not a sweet as I thought it would be.

    My graham cracker crust burnt and it overpowered the entire cheesecake. The consistency of the cake was perfect it was the crust that was the problem. I might try this again.

    If I could tell you how many times my family has requested this since I saw Paula make it on the show and tried it myself...No one who tries this doesn't rave about it, and no one has eaten just one piece. It's going on the list for a necessity at family dinners! It takes time, but it is worth every second.
