    This cheese cake is amazing. I made it with out the praline sauce even. It was fairly easy to make the hardest part was waiting for it to bake.

    It was awesome! I made one for my family and everyone loved it. It wasn't too light and airy or too thick - just right and creamy. I made a raspberry sauce instead of the praline.

    This was a pretty good cheese cake. It was rich without being too sweet. I loved the praline sauce! What a nice touch. This recipe makes a lot so this would be great for a big family or special event.

    WOW! I never made a cheesecake before always fearing it was daunting. How wrong I was! I made this for a party of 10 and I couldn't believe how well it was received. Some said it was the best they had ever tasted and wanted the recipe. The reviews were accurate. It really was easy to make.

    This was sooo good!! My husband who doesn't care for sweets ate 3 slices! I did take the advice of another review and baked it in a water bath. It was very good! Thanks Paula!!!
