I made this cake for a party and everyone loveddd it! It was creamy, but I would use a bit less sugar next time. It was pretty easy and everyone was impressed. I drizzled the pecan topping over the cake and put extra pecans for show. Nice presentation.

This was an excellent cheesecake and very easy to do. However, the praline sauce didn't turn out for me. I think I cooked it too long and it turned into candy. I was waiting for it to get thick and it didn't get thick for about 10 minutes, which by that time I think it was at the hard candy stage. Once I let it cool, it was one big hard brick. Heated in the microwave and that helped a little, but still stuck to the spoon and was worried about breaking somebody's tooth. By the reviews, it doesn't look like anybody else had trouble.

I love to try different pasteries and such as often as possible. My family and friends look forward to surpises from my kitchen. This bowled them over. Everyone is afraid to try cheesecake from scratch, but this was a snap to do and the flavor and texture, just perfect.

This recipe works and is soooooo good! Oh, my goodness. You just won't believe it. I have a weakness for cheesecake and have had it at so many different restaurants. How wonderful to have an easy recipe to make my own. Make this! It's easy and delicious.

So your looking for a dessert recipe that eats like the pros, looks like a masterpiece, yet one you can handle with ease--this cheesecake is the ticket. My family asked over and over where they could buy one for Christmas and parties and I was proud to say I made it. This is a guaranteed hit! Trust me they'll think you are now a pro.

My granddaughter and I made this Cheese Cake with Praline Sauce for Thanksgiving, it smelled so good, that we could not wait We had it in the refrigerator for 3 hours, we just had to have a piece, so we did, we cut the cheese cake, we could not wait until tomorrow. HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE.

I have been serching for a addition such as this for awhile, and thanks to Paula, my fav TV cook *S*, I have it, thanks alot, it is awesome, and compaired to other toppings, the best so far and easy to prepare!
