My sister and I saw this episode over Memorial Day weekend and had to try it. We both LOVE potatoes and these are fantastic! Everybody loved them. This is one that you will make again and again! Thanks Paula!

These potatoes were the bomb! Can't wait to go to a potluck, this will be what I am bringing. They are a little time consuming but so worth it. Two thumbs up!

I used med. size reg. white potatoes and baked them..cut them in half and did them like potato skins. I added just a bit more sour cream because my mixture had more potatos in it. And I had smoked pepper cheese and cheddar and peppered bacon from the amish market. I added 8 cloves of roasted garlic mashed it well. The garlic is so good that way! I just mashed potatoes with a fork, kinda lumpy. it made 5 med. small potatoes, and froze some of them for later. All in all I followed your recipe almost to the T. and I got the BEST STUFFED BAKED POTAOTO SKINS IN THE WORLD! Id do the mini potatoes also if I was having a party. thanks you, you and your son did it for me.....so wonderful i'll never stop making them now!

These were so full of flavor and delicious!! The only down side, is they take a long time to make. You have to roast and cool the garlic, so that takes about an hour, then you have to cook and cool the potatoes, but people, IT'S SOOOOO WORTH IT! I actually got about 3 dozen from this recipe, so it made a good bit. Good thing, because they didn't last long! They were a big hit!! The only change I made was I used turkey bacon, and no one could tell the difference! :

OH MY GOSH, PAULA!!!!! These things are wonderful!!!!!!!! I cheated a little and used the packaged "Real Bacon" and used Mozzarella instead of Monterey Jack (just what I had in fridge. Then instead of baking, we put them on the grill while our meat was cooking. I know we'll be making these often!!!
