Made this dish for supper last night and my family loved it. My daughter doesnt like water chestnuts but I think you can do about anything with this recipe (add left over chicken, rice, etc Keep the good recipes comin'

I made this and added the water chestnuts in with the non cooked mixture so they retained their crunch. I just cut them in half. They were really good. I would add more celery next time too.

This was yet another great recipe from Paula. I noticed several reviews mentioned overcooked broccoli. I didn't bother precooking them. I just cut mine into bite sized pieces and cooked them in the oven in the pan.

Why did I wait so long to make this recipe?? I finally did for Easter Dinner and everyone just could not get enough!! Next time for the next Holiday meal I will doubble the recipe, but in the mean time we are not waiting for just another holiday. This one is good for any ole regular meal. Thanks Paula keep them a coming.
