    My family loved it, I will definately make it again. I live on a remote island in Alaska so I had to use frozen broccoli and canned mushrooms, and it still turned out great.

    Recipe did not include instructions for the water chestnuts, so I just quartered the slices and added to the sauteed onions and celery. Left the mushrooms out. Didn't have any "cheese product," so used what I had on hand - shredded cheddar, sour cream, shredded swiss. Crunchy and so good - my husband loved it too!

    I love Paula, but jeez...this was a bit too much. It was really mouthfuls of processed cheese and that was about it. You couldn't even taste the broccoli! My recomendation? Steam fresh broccoli for 10 minutes and toss with a bit of butter and garlic salt. That would be so much better!

    Made this a few months ago and it was delicious. The water chestnuts add a nice crunch to the dish. Will definitely make again. Family really enjoyed it. Keep them coming Paula.

    Made it for Christmas dinner and I was told the children did not eat vegetables. Well everyone tried and at the end there was not much left!

    I made this as a side dish for a family of picky eaters and everyone had seconds. It's an easy, fast recipe. I'll make it many times again.
