Fat fat and more fat. This dip was swimmimg in grease. It also lacked flavor because all the ingredients were just fat.

Saw Paula make this dip in the morning. Went to the store, bought the ingredients and took it to a party that night. Quick, simple, easy to make. It was a hit! Very tasty, I served it with toasted crostinis. Easy, easy to make. This is my new go to recipe.

Very tasty! Easy to make. I had leftover cream cheese, romano cheese, cheddar and mozzarella...so I put them all in! Just a splash of sour cream and equal part of mayo. I also added Old Bay and garlic powder when I cooked the peppers. Mine wasn't watery at all. Make sure you drain your shrimp after deshelling them and then pat them dry. Use whatever cheeses you enjoy most.

This recipe was rich, creamy, and an absolute delicious DINNER!!! Yes, I made this recipe for dinner. I sliced some crusty ciabatta bread and rubbed each slice with butter and garlic and toasted it under the broiler. I topped each slice with the dip and served! Absolutely delicious! Y'all have to try this wonderful recipe. One tip: make sure you use low moisture mozzarella to prevent a watery consistency!

Just made this and it did come out a little watery, but who cares! lol it was that good. I did make some additions like seasoning the veggies and shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper for a little kick. Once the dip sets for awhile the watery look goes away. I really enjoyed how easy this was to make. The family loved it and we served it with wheat crackers lol just to be a smidge on the healthier side.

I love it & it's easy. I made it for my daughter's birthday last November & it was the talk of the party. Ever since than I have lost count on how many times I have made it. I have given the recipe out to my friends plus, I am always asked to make it for a party, a get together or some function. But anything I make from Paula's kitchen everyone always wants more. Thanks.

Made this today for Mother's Day....scoffed up, gone, nothing left. My brother sat right over the bowl. Delicious. Easy. Came out perfect, no problem being watery. I suggested next time adding crab or doing other things with it when everyone said leave it just as it is. So, I will.
