    I thought this was just OK. A little bland and I didn't care for the sour cream flavor. Not a bad recipe, just not what I was hoping for.

    I mixed up the summer squash with some zucchini. Everyone had seconds. Will definitely make this again.

    We loved this squash casserole recipe; it was extremely flavorful and was the perfect side dish. We've started making this rather than traditional mac & cheese for many of our Southern dishes!

    I just finished making this for my family. My picky little brothers (ten years old and in desperate need of vegetables absolutely loved it, and everyone requested that I make it again next week. I used a bit more butter and more crackers to top it. Probably would've been okay with a bigger pan, but this is definitely something I'm planning on making again. Perfect for fall!

    This was great. It was so easy to make. To save calories, I left out the crackers and used 3/4 cup of greek yogurt, instead of 1 cup sour cream. I left everything else the same. Loved it!

    it was ok. not the best thing. i love squash and was excited to try this but it was not all that great. i used some of the McCormick's vegetable seasoning (which I love on just regular sauted squash but even that did not make a real differrence in this cassarole. Won't be making this again.
