    I made this for Easter & it came out great... I was bit skeptical about making it after reading some of the other reviews but I listened and only added a 1/4 of a cup of fresh lemon juice rather than a half. I left it over night but checked it after two hours in the fridge and it set perfectly. I definitely recommend making this especially if you cant bake like myself....

    We made this for easter dinner dessert and my family loved it. We substituted the cherry topping with fresh sliced strawberries. The pie is like a very light cheese cake, not nearly as heavy and rich. It is a definate "going to make again" dessert.

    This recipe is the easiest and fastest I have ever made. I have made this for all holiday meals. Even the grandparents love it! It has become a requested favorite anytime of year.

    I made this and let it set up overnight and it looked beautiful. However, between the cherry topping and the 1/2 cup lemon juice in the filling, it was too sour. I think it would have been tastier with a vanilla-whipped cream topping.

    My family has made this recipe for years, calling it Cherry Yum Yum. Maybe the problem people are having with the pies consistency is they are adding evaporated milk instead of sweetened condensed milk. That would totally cause problems.
