Be sure to use 2-INCH FOIL cupcake liners, for a perfect wafer fit, and easy mess-free removal. A favorite at all parties & family gatherings… The commonly sized 2-and-a-quarter-INCH liners don't work as well.  item not reviewed by moderator and published
Awesome...and so very easy! Thanks Paula Dean item not reviewed by moderator and published
really easy to make and very good but next time I think I will cook them longer maybe five minutes or so. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Delicious and so easy to prepare! My husband loves it! I used Tennis-biscuits (South Africa as base instead of wafers. And used granadilla (passion fruit pulp as topping - very tasty! item not reviewed by moderator and published
I love these tarts ( not a true cheesecake for those complainers They are suppose to sink and crack. That is where you put the Filling ! I also have add Amaretto in place of vanilla . They go fast everytime I bring them anywhere . Remember people it dosen't have to be perfect to be good. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I made them for a football team, they loved them! And they tasted Great!!!! Super easy to make!!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Love them !!! ... however I can only give them a 4 because mine sunk in the middle..... item not reviewed by moderator and published
Love these cream cheese tarts, i think they are perfect, change i only made is use 1/2 cup of sugar instead of the full cup, i used the full cup before and i personally think it comes out really sweet, so 1/2 is good, and it still comes out pretty sweet! item not reviewed by moderator and published
The name is wrong, they are mini cheese cakes not tarts. They're good, cute, easy and convenient. They are not amazing, they need something, maybe some lemon zest. I also had to cook them longer than 20 mins (I am at a high altitude though. They do stick to the paper and the cookie is kind of pointless. It just gets kinda chewy and doesn't fill the whole bottom. I will make them again when I want cheesecake, not tarts. I will probably add lemon zest and a graham cracker crust. item not reviewed by moderator and published
So quick and easy and yummy! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Tried these for the first time yesterday...they were great! Couldn't find any Vanilla Wafers or Cherry Pie filling so I used mini Chocolate Chip cookies and Strawberry Pie Filling instead. They tasted just like store bought cheesecake only they were mini and more adorable! = item not reviewed by moderator and published
I made these for a church dinner but I used splenda instead of sugar & no sugar added cherry pie filling and they turned out great. Everyone loved them & couldn't tell that they were sugar free. My Mom & I are diabetic & these were a great treat for us. Thanks Paula for giving me an easy & quick treat for us. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Made these for friends & family. I used vanilla wafers in some and gingersnaps in the others. Everyone loved them and couldn't get enough. Thanks Paula, for another great recipe!!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
I am giving these 2 starts because they are tasty, once I modified a bit. I added some lime juice, 1/2 cup of sour cream and an extra egg. I have made them as directed and they seem to lack something. BUT overall, presentation is a very important part of any dish, and these ones not only deflate (even leaving them in a cracked oven! terribly, but also shrink, so you do end up with very small treats. Thank goodness for the cherry filling, as they lack any presentation without it. item not reviewed by moderator and published
They are amazing, they are so cute and so easy to make! As a topping because most people that I am making this for are not fans of fruit toppings, so i made a thin drizzle of caramel and hopefully people like them! i am making this for thanksgiving. :- item not reviewed by moderator and published
I made these and it didn't turn out.... they over flowed, and when they cooled it just looked horrible.... I dont know if i poured too much in the pan or if i over baked them.. But i will try to make them again.. item not reviewed by moderator and published
EXCELENTE.... item not reviewed by moderator and published
This is an old Southern Living recipe I have been making for years. The only thing I add is a thin layer of sour cream slightly sweetened with powdered sugar, then the fruit topping. ALWAYS a hit! often requested: item not reviewed by moderator and published
I've been making these for a few years now, and i just love 'em!!!!! thanks for this great recipe Paula! I Love You!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
They tasted pretty good. Are they suppose to be really soft? Or was I suppose to refrigerate them. I don't bake much so I'm not sure item not reviewed by moderator and published
DELICIOUS! Instead of pure vanilla extract I used 2 tbsp of imitation vanilla but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. Quick and easy to do and my family LOVED it. I will surely make this again. item not reviewed by moderator and published
delicious and simple. easy to transport to potlucks or when you a yummy throw-it- together dessert they can be kicked up with fresh fruit instead of pie filling or drizzled with choc hazlenut spread. wouldn't be my go to, to die for cheesecake recipe, but it isn't meant to be. These are simply delicious mini cheesecake desserts. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Made these for 4th of July and they certainly were festive. They were also yummy, however they did not turn out as I had imagined. They weren't quite as tall as Paula's photo (perhaps it was my mistake) but they were certainly yummy. I probably will not make them again, but as far as taste go, it was great. 4 stars only because they did not turn out as amazing as I had prepared for :b item not reviewed by moderator and published
Quick, simple, and a delicious dessert that looks great and is wonderful for parties! Great go to recipie. item not reviewed by moderator and published

I made some a while back and was never able to keep them in my refridgerator! Between my kids and the neighbors I had to sneak some just for me! I loved them. However, I did not use the wafers, just the cream cheese and cherries! item not reviewed by moderator and published

These mini cheesecakes are simply divine and so simple to make. I made these for a party and did an assortment of blueberry and cherry - and they disappeared in no time. Great for entertaining! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Made these for a dinner party, so easy, and everyone loved them. I noticed some of the negative reviews involved said they were messy. I used aluminum cupcake liners, and popped them out before serving. It worked great! I'll be making them again for sure! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Mrs. Paula these are the best little "cheesecakes" ever and sooo easy! I have made so many I've lost count. They go to church socials, tea parties, even afterschool snacks for my 3 beautiful children or an after work bite for my hard working husband. I even change up the fillings and cupcake liners to match the occasion. Peach pie filling is yummy with these! Thank you and God bless you and your family! item not reviewed by moderator and published
these were light, delicious and incredibly easy to make--plus, i was able to use reduced/no fat ingredients for a guilt-free dessert! item not reviewed by moderator and published
does this recipe work for the classic size of cheesecake?? i wanna make it for san valentines day but im not sure if will fall down or not.. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I tried this recipe last night and it was wonderfu. It was so easy to make and I couldn't believe how delicious it was. I bought some frozen strawberries and thawed them out and topped the tarts with that and a little whipped cream. Needless to say, I will be making these tarts for years to come!!!! Thanks Paula!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
To the lady below, the wafer is not meant to spread and the cheese cake will sink a bit. But because you are covering it with the fruit no one will notice. So son't worry, you're doing a great job!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
These were delicious flavors but mine just came out all wrong. They were sunken in and the wafer didn't spread out on the bottom. I did forget to add the vanilla. I baked them for 20 min at 350 degrees. Maybe my oven is too hot? I am a new baker. I am confused. item not reviewed by moderator and published
i cant believe it how easy are this mini cheesecakes, and soooo delicious, are perfect to entertain, and so cute toooo, thanks paula item not reviewed by moderator and published
Delicious cheese cake. The texture and taste is just perfect. But i think it's too sweet. Next time i make it i will add just 3/4 cup of sugar, otherwise every thing is perfect ;@) item not reviewed by moderator and published
I made the small cupcakes; delicious,,,but they canot be separated from the cupcake liners ( papers)..can some oil or butter be added? or use no lining and use sparay pam? item not reviewed by moderator and published

I served these at a bridal shower and my own baby shower. They were a total hit and so easy. They still taste great with reduced fat cream cheese. item not reviewed by moderator and published
One of my granddaughter's favorite recipe because it tastes so good and is so easy to make. We have made it with cherry pie filling (as in the recipe), with blueberry pie filling, with apple pie filling (not as pretty but still delicious), with a dollop of jam. We have even eaten these plain. We love them all. GREAT when I have to take a dessert to a pot-luck. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This was a perfect and yummy recipe! item not reviewed by moderator and published

These are a smash at the annual 4th of July party! Make six blueberry and the rest cherry and arrange like a flag on a rectangular baking sheet. item not reviewed by moderator and published
My mother ysed to make these little gems for holidays, potlucks and tea parties. I think she got the recipe from a Ladies' magazine sometime in the 1980's, or maybe from the label of a can of cherry pie filling, ot the box of Nilla Vanilla Wafers? Anyway, DEEEELICIOSO!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
I found these on food network. I went with the recipe because I LOVE cheesecake and it was a 5 star recipe. Now I can see why. I made it for a work picnic and they were the first thing to leave the desert table. People were very impressed with me.... and best of all - they were very easy. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I love making these tarts for parties. I just buy some nice cupcake liners, and arrange them on platters with edible flowers, and people think that they are divine. My only substitution would be to make your own fruit topping, it tastes much better than the canned stuff. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I made these tarts for my husbands birthday party and they were a hit! They are super duper easy to make. Thanks Paula. Love ya! item not reviewed by moderator and published
This recipe is sooooo very good, not to mention quick. I made it for the first time and they were super. Gone very quick. Paula always makes her recipes easy to follow and ingredients that we are know what she is talking about. Have started adding more recipes to my recipe book and also bought two of her cookbooks. Great. Nancy M. item not reviewed by moderator and published
These were super easy to make and delicious too! If you end up refridgerating them and have them again, set them out to room temp. it helps bring back the flavor. Must try! item not reviewed by moderator and published
I served this cheesecake tart on my daughter's baptism and everyone love it!This recipe saved me a lot of time because it's easy & very elegant enough for any kind of celebrations. item not reviewed by moderator and published
So quick and easy and they taste like you would've spent a lot of time making them. Don't tell your friends it only take 5 minutes item not reviewed by moderator and published
These were so fast to make, and tasted really great! Mine also didn't dome out round, but I used generic Nilla wafers which weren't all round, maybe that was the prob? It didn't really matter, everyone still loved them. I used raspberry because I had it on hand, but I like the idea for sour cream and think I'll try that with lemon to "mimic" the sour cream lemon pie I love! Thanks for a hit Paula! item not reviewed by moderator and published
So easy to make and so good. Only suggestion would be to turn the oven down a touch. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This is one of the easiest deserts I've made. I topped with Cherry pie filling and it's wonderful. My husband ate almost all of them. The recipe made 18 cupcake sizes. item not reviewed by moderator and published
The cheesecakes rose and fell just like Paula said. I didn't have cherries or blueberries; but, I had ripe bananas that needed to be used, and made bananas foster for the filling. I thought it might be too sweet, but my neighbor, husband and I all loved them. Seems like a dollup of dark chocolate sauce would be good as well. This recipe is so fast, so easy and with so many possibilites! item not reviewed by moderator and published
This is one of the fastest & easiest desserts I have made in a long time. It is definately worth the 10 minutes it take to make. So cream cheesy, you won't believe it. I even tried it with lite ingredients and was impressed with the outcome. You will not be disappointed trying this one...Many thanks Paula! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Made half the recipe and it made 10 cupcakes worth. Used strawberry preserves for the topping. Very tasty! item not reviewed by moderator and published

one of my specialties is cheesecake and this new variation on them was an exciting new way to prepare it. i uesed my own recipe for cheesecake and it turned out great. using a vanilla cookie instead of making a pie crust was alot easier to item not reviewed by moderator and published
This recipe was extremely easy, my 12 year old son made these for a family dinner desert. They were wonderful! This would make a great bake sale item. I used blueberries in a light syrup instead of pie filling and thought it was a nice flavor without being too sweet and it still added the punch of color that makes it look fancy. I highly recommend. I also found that it made 18 tarts for us, may depend on your muffin tin size. item not reviewed by moderator and published
ITS SO GOOD!!!!! Annalisse New Jersey item not reviewed by moderator and published

These were super easy to make and tasted so creamy. The only thing I would add is to bake them until they are golden because they are easier to remove from the cupcake packaging. item not reviewed by moderator and published
These are fun-to-make mini cheesecakes that taste good. A must have for parties instead of cupcakes. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Oh My Goodness!!! These cream cheese tarts are so silky and delicious. When I make them for a special occasion, I have to hide them in order to have any left to serve. I caught my daughter-in-law "sneaking" 3 tarts for herself. The evidence was in her hand and on her face! ha! These are a perfect way to enjoy cheesecake with your choice of topping anytime. Thanks a Million Paula!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
These a fabulous!!!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
I've been making these using Paula's recipe for more than a year and it's one of my most requested deserts. I always have to make a double batch and I never bring any home. I have made these several times and thought I owed Paula a review. What an amazingly easy desert which has gotten lots of attention! Everywhere I take these someone asks for the recipe. Your fruit filling is endless. I used cherry and blueberry for a 4th of July party. For Thanksgiving I will be using a pumpkin filling and an apple filling. Thanks for a wonderful crowd pleaser! item not reviewed by moderator and published

Everyone asked for the recipe and when I told them it was from Paula Deen so many of my southern family members said, "No wonder they are so good". Paula, your tarts are amazingly delicious! They are so rich and burtsting with flavor. I can,t say enough about them!!!!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
These were extremely delicious but I also found the consistency to be a little on the mushy side; i put them back into the oven for additional 5 minutes until brown on top- much better. I used cupcake size pan. Easy to make and delicious; I'll never make instant cheesecake again!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
