    These are delicious and very easy to make. My family loves them. Great for potlucks and parties. Highly recommend. Paula is a great cook!

    I loved these little tarts... I made them awhile ago and couldn't find the recipe and came online to get it to make them again. Have to tell you a funny story about them. When my husband ate his first he ate the paper... He did not realize it until I fixed him some later. He said he did not know they had paper on them. He said, "I was going to tell you they were a little tough but I knew better..." Needless to say we all had a good laugh.

    These little tarts will leave your guests thinking you must have bought them at a fancy bakery. They are delicious and yet sooooo easy. I let them get good and cold before pulling off the cupcake papers and then set them back in a foil cupcake paper before putting on a serving tray. They are always a hit and never any left over
