    I have been searching for a chicken and dumplings recipe for years. I could never find one that was easy and good. So I found this one and made a few adjustments, and the whole family loved it!!! I added carrots along with 3 chicken bouillon cubes and only 2 Quarts of water. And what I read about the dumplings, I used bisquick dumpling recipe instead. It was delicious!!! The whole pot was gone, and there is only 4 in our household!!!!! It was awesome!!!

    Very Good but more of a Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup than Chicken and Dumplings.

    I also used less water as others have suggested. My family did enjoy the dish and have requested that I make it again. I felt the dumplings were a bit drab in taste and I only used half of dough because there seemed to be too much of it. I will probably search for another way to make the dumplings to use in Paula's recipe. Otherwise, everyone including myself enjoyed the broth and the chicken.

    My husband and children loved this dish. I have tried several other chicken and dumpling recipes with no luck. So, I am very excited that every member of my family loved it! I will make this dish again. Thanks Paula!!

    I cooked this for my family and they loved it. Paula's recipie is so easy to follow and it really is yummy. I haven't had chicken and dumplings that tasted this good since I was a kid!

    Great recipe, I left out the celery soup and sub chicken broth for the water, the dumplings came out perfect. My boyfriend said it was just "ok" but he ate the whole pot of soup in one day. I

    Very good! Next time I would cut the amount of dumplings in half as there were too many for me but everyone loved it!
