This recipe lacked alot of flavor. My kids usually love my cooking but they could not finish their plates. I probably won't be making this meal again.

VERY GOOD!! My first time to make anything from Paula Deen, and was not disappointed. I did tweak it a bit and added a lil more sour cream, i did not have water chestnuts, but did substitue baby corn and it worked great. i also added more cheese. very easy to make and i will be making it again!!

So good I did not change a thing. Well .... OK .... I leave out the pimentos and bump up the cheese! I make it for crowds (no leftovers there or for myself and freeze the leftovers. Easily my favorite recipe in the whole wide world.

This casserole is delicious. The second time I made it, however, I tweaked it a bit and it was even better! I used fresh green beans, parboiled first, some store bought roasted red peppers and some French's fried onions mixed in before cooking plus more added on top for the last few minutes of cooking (about 10 min. We love this !!

As a family , we all like the recipe very much. However, I did make a couple of changes. First, from wild rice I went to a combination of white/brown long grain rice (the family is not crazy about wild rice. And, secondly I cut the chicken back to about two cups and used cooked spicy Italian (poultry version sausage cut into slices.

Very simple to make and was delicious. My husband loved it. The only thing I changed was to
add some peas. Thanks Paula!

My husband really enjoyed this recipe. I did make some changes though. To eliminate a step, I added the onion to the rice the last five minutes I was cooking it. I also used fat free yogurt instead of mayo to prevent this from being a really fattening recipe. I seasoned the yogurt with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and it surprisingly, really worked. Use a large casserole dish because this recipe makes ALOT. Thanks for the recipe Paula!
