    I made this recipe for my family and it was a big hit! My husband and two small children really loved it. the recipe makes a lot, so we ate some for lunch the next day and it's just as delicious the second time around! Served this casserole with just a green salad. Will definately make again!

    This was very easy and very good! I used a rotisserie chicken to make this which made it so fast. You could play with the ingredients to come up with own recipe.

    I have made this serveral times and everyone wants the recipe. It also is very good cold. Very easy to make this is a keeper.

    I was very nervous about serving this dish to a group of 4 women in their 30's. But everyone loved it! I didn't include the pimentos and I used rotisserie chicken and it was s huge hit. Although it did not have a nice presentation the taste was wonderful. I would definitely make this again. Just wondering what else to serve with it.
