This recipe was very easy and extremely flavorful. I liked the crunch of the water chestnuts and the long-grain wild rice.

This was very good, easy to make too. I used 2 cans of soup instead of 1 because my husband loves "sauce." It came out very creamy (reminded me of chicken ala king. Also added 1/2 of a yellow pepper because I had it in the fridge - good for color. This made quite a bit and is great leftover too. I will definitely make this again.

This was a very uncomplicated dish to prepare. Under an hour; start to finish (this includes cook time for rice and chicken. I followed the other reviewer's advice and used only 1/2 cup mayo (light and added a little milk to the mixture. I also used the stove-top stuffing on top of the casserole for texture. I gave this a 4 star rating (versus 5, because it was not extraordinary; I prefer dishes with a little more zip. But, anyone would like this dish, because of the comforting flavor.
