LOVED IT!!! I DID NOT HAVE CREAM OF CELERY AND USED CREAM OF CHICKEN INSTEAD. I DID LEAVE OUT THE PIMENTOS BECAUSE MY TWO YOUNGER GIRLS DO NOT LIKE THEM. ALSO, I ADDED FRENCH FRIED ONIONS TO THE TOP......

One of the most delicious recipes I have had the pleasure of making. It could of only been better if Paula could of made it herself. I am honored to add this recipe to my families menu.

Thank you Paula you are an inspiration.

For convenience, I used a rotisserie Garlic Butter Chicken, de-boned and cubed. The quantities were adjusted to increase by half for large family meal. Everyone was very complimentary, this recipe was a hit. Thanks Paula, you really nailed it with this one.

Very simple to through together! I used light cheese, light mayo, and reduced fat soup, and it still came out very rich and delicious! My pickly 5 year old loved it, and also my husband....I was satilsfied!

My husband LOVES this casserole. Only step I skip is to saute the onion, I just chop them fine and throw everything in together. No subsititions or additions! EXCELLENT!

This casserole was great! AMAZING , AND NOT BLAND! You can only expect too much out of comfort food, those of you who called it bland! I thought it was TERRIFIC and the whole family did too! One of my fathers favorites now! I loved having the water chesnuts in there, it added a GREAT texture! We also LOVE to have a crunchy topping, so we made the best out of the end of the bag potato chips that are all crumbled up, and just laid them right on top of the casserole. It added a wonderful CRUNCH!
Great Job Paula, we love you and your food!
