I gave this recipe 2 stars only because it was edible. I didn't like it at all. I cooked it exactly as the recipe said, but just did not think the flavors mixed well together.

VERY GOOD dinner I made it for the first time and instead of mayo i used cream of mushroom and I used cream of chicken soup instead of cream of celery since i read the reviews and people were saying it was bland. I also seasoned chicken and cooked it in grape seed oil and I used broccoli instead of green beans. I used a jar of roasted re peppers because pimentos were expensive. It made a lot and everybody liked it even my incredibly picky 15 yr old son who only likes steak and spaghetti! I will make this again and again!

Ok...I have some revisions, to make on my comment.....now need for more mayo, because the extra chz which has oil too,is enough. Also make sure your green beans and rice and chicken are well dried. Add season salt to chicken.

Great!! My husband & I love veggies and hit the spot. Beats my old chicken & rice recipe by far. Did not have pimentos so I substituted roasted peppers from a jar, great! As always you come thru. I noe have made Bobbys Goulash in place of my own since seeing you and he make it on tv.

This was delicious! I will definitely be making this again, the whole family enjoyed it and it's really simple to make. I added one more can of cream of celery, seasoning salt and some pepper. Thanks for a great recipe!

My wife made this for us one night for supper. It was very tasty. The crunchy waterchestnuts where great in the dish. Plus I loved the chessy flavor in there as well. We plan on using this same recipe but using Wild Turkey meat instead on chicken. I will let ya'll know how it turns out. Way to go Paula. This dish gets five stars from out family. Keep'em coming. Thanks, Mike

I made this recipe last night, and my family was very disappointed. I watched the video and read the recipe a couple of times prior to making the dish, and it seemed like it would be good. The flavor was rather bland, and I would not make it again without making drastic alterations.

This recipe is Much Better than Mine.Leave it to Miss.Paula to Add terrific Flavours.Full of Chicken and toothsome chewey Grains and a Rich stick to ribs Sauce. So similar and good, yet this Tastes "Out of this World".Add a Dessert and Salad and complete. No adjustments made for a quick Casserole Dinner. Most ingredients are probably in Pantry/Fridge.
