I used 1 can of green beans and 1 can of quartered artichoke hearts. Also added 2 teaspoons of pepper and some paprika. SO GOOD and easy!!!

Very good, easy to make and a hit with my family. Only thing I did a little different was season the chicken with my favorite seasoning prior to cooking it up. I will make it again for sure!

Thanks Paula, this has been a staple in our family's weekly menu. Very good! My children can't have corn or white potatoes, so finding a casserole has been very hard. The whole family loves it!

This dish is amazing! I prepare it for my family once a week. Even my VERY picky four year old loves it. He calls it "crunchy casserole", because of the water chestnuts. YUMMY!!

I used Cream of Mushroom instead of Cream of Celery and it was very delicious! I think that helped build the flavor, as cream of celery is probably why some people are saying this is bland. If you don't like mushrooms you will not notice them. I will be making this on a regular basis! Also, make sure to add plenty of black pepper. Great dish!

Great taste! Not a big fan of the crunchy water chesnuts. I see many others loved them, but I didn't like crunching on them. I also substituted a cup of mayonnaise for a can of cream of mushroom soup. No one in my house is a big fan of mushrooms, but you can't taste the actual mushrooms in it and it gives it a nice little addition. You can do so many things to make it your own. I will definitely be making this again!

This is the best cassarole I have ever made and eaten....my guests were floored, my husband loved it, and he's not a cassarole guy! I toasted peacan chips in butter and sprinkled on top a few minutes before taking out of the oven...also substituted frozen broccoli flowerets for green beans...water chesnuts are divine!! Yummmmmmmmy dish!!

The meal is delicious however I used fresh green beans and instead of the pimentos I used a can of diced tomatoes and added extra cheese. Delicious
