I too made this with a few changes. I did not have enough chicken so I added artichoke hearts and mushrooms (cooked with onions. I also used 1/2 mayo 1/2 sour cream. It was perfect with a simple green salad.

I made this recipe for my family and they LOVED it! I substituted fat-free mayonnaise for regular mayonnaise, salt-free green beans, and I didn't add any salt to make it a little more healthful. It tastes wonderful and is a breeze to prepare!

I made this for dinner tonight and it was VERY good. We don't like mayo so I substituted another can of soup. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. The green beans were delicious and surprised us all! I will make this again. PS - I think a topping would be too much with the rice.

This dish is amazing! I didn't cook my onions - just added them. I also just used canned chicken breast - worked fine. This reminds me of the classic green bean casserole but with a twist. My husband and I loved it!

Anyone who thinks this recipe is bland needs a taste bud transplant. I used a 50/50 mix of mayo and sour cream and totally omitted the salt and eveyone simply raved about the flavor. Recipe suggests serving of 6, but its more like a serving for 8. Can anyone really prepare this in 10 minutes if you include the time needed to cook the chicken and rice?

Everyone in my family loved this dish! It was quick & easy, and delicious. (Note: I didn't have water chestnuts on hand, so I substituted pine nuts instead. VERY good! This is definitely a dish on our table again very soon.

My three picky teenage boys loved it. I also made it for a covered-dish dinner and it was gone in a hurry.
