Super easy to make and very tasty. I left out the pimentos and next time I make it I will reduce the amount of Mayo to 1/2 cup. This is a great recipe and my family loved it! Will become a staple in my dinner recipe box.

We have made this dish many times, and it is always a hit where ever we take it. Many people ask for the recipe

I didn't have high hopes for this recipe, but thought I'd try it because it sounded pretty easy. I ended up really liking it. I used cream of mushroom soup and light mayo, but other than that, stuck to the recipe. I'm not usually a huge water chestnut fan, but I really liked the crunch they added. Definitely recommend this one! Oh, and I used french cut green beans...very good.

My 22 year old daughter is not a cook, but she was looking for a recipe for chicken that was easy to fix and she found this one. The recipe was easy to follow and she fixed it all on her own. It was wonderful and had a lot of flavor. Thank you for making things so simple to help my daughter learn to cook.

I reduced the amount of mayo and added another can of soup. I have used cream of mushroom and cream of chicken. I have used roast chicken from the grocery store but today I am boiling my chicken breasts. I do not think you can mess this recipe up. You can add any spice to suit your family's preference. You should taste it before you put it in the oven for flavor. I omitted the pimentos. I have always crushed up Ritz crackers on the top for the last 15 minutes of baking. This is a family favorite.

I made this for a work event and the guests loved it. The water chestnuts and wild rice added nice texture and flavor. I think one can of (french cut green beans is enough and I also found it needed a bit more seasoning, so I added Tony Chachere's Seasoning Blend. Otherwise a great recipe I will make again.

It is healthy and good to eat...I think I might add more cream of celery and nix the may. I also skipped the pimentos and chestnuts
