    My father loves this recipe. He had never cooked in his life until my mother became ill. I made this one day and took it over and he loved it. He has made it several times since then all by himself. It really is easy, but with great flavor.

    This is so easy and my kids and their friends ask me to make this all the time. This is a one pot dish and so very tasty and you should try her steak and greens.

    This was wonderful..the only thing I would change is that it was a little greasy..(cut down on the butter My fiance loved it and got seconds! My three year old wanted seconds also.

    I make this recipe at least twice a month! We love it! We have a two year old who won't eat much, but he loves this dish! My husband I both work and this recipes freezes well so we can pack it for lunches. Thank you Miss Paula!

    This is such a great "comfort" food. It comes out perfect every time. Not your typical chicken and rice dish. Full of flavor - would eat it every week.
