I happened to have almost all of these ingredients in my pantry and some leftover chicken. This recipe comes together quickly and it was creamy and flavorful. My three kids all loved it and they're hard to please! I substituted roasted red peppers for the pimentos and left out the almonds. I also used 3-4 cups of noodles and it was still plenty creamy.

It was ok, but not one of my favorite. Might try again some day way later.

I loved this, for a work night it is perfect, make it on weekend and heat up another night. Served with swiss chard, perfect match.

This was a very easy dish. I used one cup of cheese in casserole and one on top. I also subsituted (1 can of cream of chicken & (1 cream of celery since my husband does not like mushroom soup. I used chopped red pepper since I did not have pimento. I'm wondering if you really need (2 cans of soup. Maybe add some milk instead. I will probably make it again, but would not rave over it.

I pulled this recipe before there were any reviews, so I just changed it slightly. I added 1/2 of large Red Pepper diced small, mainly for color, instead of the Pimento. My Husband and I prefer white meat chicken, so I used that instead of a whole chicken. The cheese seemed like a lot, so I added about 1 1/4 cup in the recipe, and added the remainder on top. This made a large batch, and since it is just my Sweetie and I, I split it in half, and froze the remaining portion to bake one night soon. Just plain ol' Homey Cooking but very tasty. Enjoy!

My family really liked this recipe and it was simple to make. I would definitely make it again and maybe try adding some onions, water chestnuts, and garlic. May substitute bread crumbs for the top instead of cheese for those thinking it was too cheesy, but I thought it was fine. If I had leftover vegetables I would throw those in as well.

This dish is easy to make and it is OK. My husband and I think it tastes very much like a tuna casserole only it is chicken instead of tuna. I am not sure if I would make it again.

We thought the dish was delish...A bit too much cheese though. The recipe calls for 2 cups cheese, says to add 2 cups of the cheese and top with the remaing cheese. Do you think it should be to add 1 cup of the cheese and put the remaining cheese on top??? Also I didn't have sherry so I used orange juice and it was good...
