These were really good and a great alternative for those who don't like crab cakes. The creole sauce was great, I can see it going on alot of things. I used all dark meat and they were really moist! This recipe will easily feed 5 people...Thanks Paula

I just watched you make these and I made them for me for my lunches. They are really good. I didnt have sour cream or creole seasoning so I used plain yogurt instead and no other seasoning. It was good with the changes. I will make them the way the recipe calls for next time and see the difference. Thanks Paula you are an amazing person. Love ya.

Liked this recipe. I changed a few things. I didn't make the sauce b/c no sour cream in the house. I halved this for fear of my picky husband and child not liking this. Added a few swipes of lemon zest and 1/4 c. parm cheese to mixture before forming it and grilling. Also I tossed a cloves worth of minced garlic with the onion and red pepper. No celery so added 1/2 tsp. of celery seed to the onion pepper mixture also. It was a little time consuming, but I think only because this was my first attempt at making. Loved the flavors...esp the red pepper. Will make again.

Paula my dear another winner! My family and I love these! The Creole seasoning is so easy to make. I keep it on hand all the time. These are so flavorful. I serve it with rice and a veggie. The sauce is so good! I make extra, leftovers are even better!!

Fantastic! This is one of those recipes where you don't need all the ingredients if you don't have them on hand. I didn't even need to grocery shop, I had almost everything in my fridge/pantry. I used crushed Ritz crackers for the breadcrumbs, Miracle Whip for the mayo, and I didn't have any bell pepper or Worcestershire sauce. Still amazing. All 3 of my children ate them - we had no leftovers and they fought over the last one. So definitely double your recipe.

WOW!! I felt like a great cook after making these. They were extremely tasty and the sauce was exceptional. I would suggest making these in the morning and chilling them until dinner, then fry. Thanks Paula, this is a keeper!
