Delicious! I make it often but I use fresh broccoli and I cook the chicken according to the poaching directions in Emeril's Cowboy Chicken Casserole.

Yum! Creamy and flavorful. I love the curry spice. It adds a unique flavor. This is one of my favorite recipes. Thanks Paula.

I made this for a potluck at work today. A friend told me it was "The Bomb!!" Not only was it not, the bomb, it was so bad, i'm not going to take it in after all. I followed the recipe exactly. The only taste was that of salt and the wine gave a very sour taste. I should have known better with canned soup and mayo as part of the ingredient list. One star because it won't let me give it no stars. Yuk.

We looved this, didn't change a thing. We served it with brown rice. It was great for us because I had no sherry and this uses the white wine. I think I like the more subtle flavor of the wine!

My family loves this dish! It is actually my teenage daughter who loves to make it. We substitute chicken broth for the white wine and leave out the curry to suit our tastes. It's always a hit, and it's nice to have a one dish meal sometimes.

Delicious! Used crumbled Ritz crackers on top of the Parmesian cheese. Then sprinkled Durkee Fried Onions on top at the last 5 mins of baking. None left over, everyone enjoyed.

I made this dish and i really loved it! A very comforting food. For a complete meal, serve alongside buttery rice, potatoes, or buttered noodles.

Fantastic recipe. Very easy too. I used fresh broccoli slightly steamed to keep the crunch and threw in some fresh mushrooms for a little added flavor and texture. Also made it big enough to have leftovers twice, super easy and tasty!

I really enjoyed this recipe. My husband is a vegetarian so I made him a batch with yellow squash, zucchini, carrots and broccoli instead of chicken and it was outstanding. I tried to make it a little healthier and used low fat cream soup, fat free mayo but only had regular sour cream in the house then cut way back on the amount of sauce I used. Even without all of the sauce it was still creamy and perfect for a cold winter's night meal!
