I have never made this receipe before and after making it I have a new favorite chicken dish. I served it over rice and it was great.

I made a couple of changes. I omitted the wine and increased the lemon to 3 tbs. I cut back the mayo to 1/2 a cup and eliminated the sour cream. I added a can of sliced water chestnuts that I roughly chopped. and used a 1/2 tsp of curry, my curry is pretty strong. Everyone loved it along side a pile of hot rice. I was glad it made so much, I had plenty of leftovers for lunch.

I have been making this about once a week since I've tried it. Everyone loves it. I will put this on my menu for my home cooking business. Thanks Paula!

I recently made this for a friend and my husband. I used broccoli florets instead of the chopped broccoli. I got rave reviews. The friend immediately went home and got the recipe for herself off the internet and added it to her favorites. More than 5 stars as far as we are concerned.

I thought the topping was delicious. All of the children ate it, but were saying the sauce tasted a little funny. My husband took one bite and did not touch it anymore. I won't be making this again.
