SINFUL and EASY! I made a double batch of this to feed a large group of adults and kids at the beach and it was devoured. The small bit of leftovers were eaten cold for breakfast by the teenage boys! Got the big disposable turkey roaster foil pan from the store, and purchased Tysons frozen, grilled chicken strips. Needed to cook an extra 30 minutes. Just watch for the cheese to bubble and brown.

I made this dish last night and it was very rich and creamy. They all loved the breadcrumb topping but it was way too rich. If I make this again I think I would cut down on the mayo or omit that completely. Also it was watery. Not sure why-could have been from the frozen broccoli that I partially cooked. I will try this recipe again but with a few changes.

Sorry Paula but this recipe didn't fly with my family. None of use liked it. Love other things you make but this one was not what I had hoped for.

Made this tonight almost exactly as directed... Delish. The husband asked for seconds. The recipe is super easy, and short of sauteing the chicken, took no time in prep work. For sure, this will become a staple when "the boys" come home for the summer. Oh. And the curry flavor was perfect... not overpowering at all. Really enjoyed it!

Love this dish! I added fresh (not bottled! lemon juice from one lemon. This brightened the flavor of the dish. I also omitted the curry and topped it with cheddar cheese to make this my own recipe. Very tasty!

I made this tonight actually and we loved it!! The first time I ever had it was about 10 years ago made by my Aunt and I hated it. This time, was fantastic. The flavors pulled together so beautifully and I dressed it over egg noodles. Paula, you are amazing!!

Family of 3 and none of us liked it. I followed the recipe exactly. Maybe it was the curry. :(

This recipe was like comfort food! I enjoyed it as well as my husband. I made a few changes like using fresh broccoli, instead of frozen and adding Crimini mushrooms that I briefly sauted with fresh garlic. Also, I added 1/2 cup more sharp cheddar cheese and the whole thing was DELISH!

I made this using leftover rotiesserie chicken. I didn't have any cheddar cheese so I used what I had, Jarlsberg. Also omitted the broccoli and used spinach and added baby bella mushrooms. Really tasty with all the changes. As it is, I think it would be bland.

Loved it... it was a twist on the old casserole I had grown up with at church dinners. We are not huge curry fans, so I used a little smoked paprika, which works well also. Added some rice and a can of cream of chicken to stretch it a little and boost the chicken flavor. YUM!
