I'm a 22-year-old college student, and I must say this recipe is absolutely amazing and EASY! I made this for my boyfriend and his brother and we all loved it so much that I made it for my parents the next weekend. I substituted the curry powder with paprika and I don't think I added quite as much of the wine--just a splash.
Anyone saying it was runny probably added too much wine or not enough chicken, because mine was perfect both times I made it. I put it on top of brown rice, but it's great alone, too.
Don't think twice about whether to make this or not...do it now! AMAZING!
If you can believe it, it's even better the 2nd day.

This recipe was delicious... I did two things different however I added pasta and I sprinlkeld the top of the casserole with panko bread crumbs and brioled it the last 5 minutes. It came out delicious with a nice crispy top! My husband and mother-in-law loved it!

It was ok by it self but i choose to serve it over bowtie pasta which made it much better as a meal. Did think the flavors were a little to strong, however my husband loved it, my little girl not so much.

We really enjoyed this recipe. It's a good way to get some dark greens in your diet. I used low fat soup and mayo and reduced the amount of cheese and butter and it was still very good and rich tasting. You need a starch with this dish. I used homemade french bread (ready to bake which was a good compliment. Noodles or pasta would be good too.

This recipe was pretty good. I made a few changes as others did to suit my taste. I didn't use as much mayo, and I will use even less next time, maybe omit it altogether. I used chicken broth instead of white wine because I was making it for my children as well. I did put the casserole over rice so it would be more filling. This was an easy dish to prepare and I have enough for dinner tomorrow. Can't wait to try another Paula Deen recipe.

I tried this recipe while a very good friend was visiting from out of town. My friend, husband and myself absolutley loved this dish. My only thought on changing this is to use 1 box of spinich instead of 2 and I am not a fan of sharp chedder cheese so I used medium chedder, but otherwise, I wouldn't change anything else. Easy & simple to make!!! Thanks Paula!!

The only thing I changed was using low fat sour cream and mayo. But it was super! I loved the punch the curry gave it. You can hardly identify it as curry but gave it great flavor depth.

this was a good meal...i think it was a little too creamy...i would cut back on some of it. it is basically chicken divan with spinach but a whole lot more cheese and cream than i have ever used.

it was good. worth trying, but not a recipe i will use frequently.

This recipe was very good, lots of rich flavor, but it was missing something. Maybe some pasta of rice. More substance.
