This recipe is absolutely delicious and easily prepared. I substituted panko bread crumbs for the topping - also delicious!

This was so quick and easy. I was searching for a make-a-head meal and this turned out so good. All my dinner guests voted it as a "keeper".

This is without a doubt one of the best dishes I have ever tasted! It was very easy to make and we loved it. The curry is what really makes it! Please, if you are making this it would be a HUGE mistake to leave it out as we think it's what really makes this dish special.

Bravo Paula! Thanks for giving us another favorite.

I liked this dish as written, but next time I think I'll make a few changes.
First off, it's not a traditional casserole. As someone else mentioned, it doesn't cut into a neat "piece"... it almost looks more like a thick, chunky sauce. So that is how I used it.

I served this with kluski (thick, homemade Amish-style noodles that I boiled in chicken broth, rather than water for extra flavor.

I'll also cut back the spinach to 1/2 to 3/4 of a package. The flavor was very strong!
Overall, I liked it and I will make it again.

I love watching Paula but this was nasty. I have a similar recipe using Broccoli without the sour cream and that is yummy. I think the recipe had too much in it. My family didn't like it. Sorry Paula but this one I threw away.

I halved all of the ingredients and it was great with no leftover for a family of 3.

This is a very good base to go from, I left out 1 box of spinach and I added some pasta. Its so easy to put your own spin on it. I will absolutely make this one again.
